Resumo
Objetivo: Avaliar se intervenções estruturadas para aprimorar a comunicação paciente-profissional, comparadas ao cuidado habitual, melhoram satisfação, engajamento, qualidade da interação e desfechos clínicos/processuais. Métodos: Revisão sistemática conduzida conforme PRISMA 2020. Busca eletrônica no PubMed (30 mar 2025) utilizou os descritores MeSH “Physician-Patient Relations” AND “Communication”, filtrando ensaios clínicos randomizados, texto completo gratuito e últimos cinco anos. Dezoito estudos (12.477 pacientes; 1.059 profissionais) atenderam aos critérios. Extração de dados e avaliação de risco de viés (RoB 2) ocorreram em duplicata. Resultados: Estratégias como Question Prompt Lists, guias de conversa, nudges eletrônicos, coaching e chatbots aumentaram satisfação e engajamento em até 54 %, melhoraram empatia percebida e, em quatro estudos, reduziram dor, pressão arterial ou HbA1c. Intervenções sem contato humano intenso mostraram benefícios limitados. Heterogeneidade metodológica impediu metanálise. Conclusões: A comunicação estruturada atua como adjuvante terapêutico, gerando valor clínico mensurável. Implementações eficazes requerem personalização cultural, preparo pré-consulta e combinação de módulos digitais com feedback presencial. Futuras pesquisas devem padronizar desfechos, incluir populações vulneráveis e relatar custo-efetividade.
