The Journal of Advanced Clinical Implementation and Applied Medical Innovations (JACIAMI) was established in 2025 by a consortium of Brazilian academics, composed of professors and researchers from renowned institutions, driven by the vision of creating an independent and high-standard platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge in health sciences. Since its inception, JACIAMI has been dedicated to bridging the gap between Brazilian academic production and the global scientific landscape, promoting international collaborations and publishing impactful research that addresses critical challenges in the health sector. The initiative emerged in response to the need for a national publication vehicle that combined methodological rigor, open access, and international visibility, strengthening Brazil's presence in the research landscape.
Objective: JACIAMI's primary goal is to contribute to the advancement and dissemination of scientific discoveries in health sciences, prioritizing works of exceptional quality and practical or theoretical relevance. The journal aims to accelerate the translation of academic knowledge into applicable solutions, supporting both innovation and the consolidation of scientific foundations in the field.
